Din aceasta pozitie, mentinand fixa pozitia cotului, se coboara controlat gantera catre ceafa, intinzand bine tricepsul. Se inspira adanc si, cu forta, se intinde bratul drept in sus, expirand puternic. <p>Se inspira adanc si, cu forta, se intinde bratul drept in sus,  expirand puternic.  Cotul trebuie mentinut tot timpul sus,  eventual poate fi sustinut de cealalta mana.</p>
